The apartments at Oxford Hills are fairly new; however, it sits directly next to older and less attractive apartments, which happens to be owned by the same people. Certain areas of Oxford Hills are okay, and others are not. Some of the apartments have had major cleanliness problems, as well as problems with roaches. Some areas of Oxford Hills are also notorious for dirty common areas. It is not unusual to go to certain areas of Oxford Hills and see beer cans and other papers and trash just sitting in the parking lot. My advice to anyone wishing to move into this area would be: 1) make sure you are familiar with what area of Oxford Hills you will be living in and 2) talk to the residents of that particular building to find out if it is one of the "problem areas".
