I've lived in a lot of Apartments in Northern Kentucky prior to this one. So I feel like I can speak about The Farm compared to some other complexes that are pretty close by. The whole reason I moved here was because I was looking to save some money and they just so happened to have a 1 month free special going on when nowhere else was really offering anything for me to move. I soon found after moving in exactly why they were giving me a month free. The service staff is practically non-existent. It feels like I'm dealing with a mom and pop shop as opposed to professionals in their field (which is what they told me they were). If I can help not having to call the office, that's what I'll do. The manager there is incredibly rude and I get the feeling that he doesn't really care about my needs. So I guess I'll just leave things be until my lease is up. Then you'd better bet I'll be moving!!! Trust me....the place seems pretty nice when you go to see it. But it's really just smoke and mirrors.

My family and I have been living here at The Farm since 2001. We can personally vouch for the character and professionalism of the maintenace staff. Whenever we had a problem it was handled promptly and professionally. The manager is a very freindly and warm person and SHE is very concerned about the tenants. The person who wrote this review obviously doesn't have all the facts. I too will be moving soon, but only because we bought a wonderful house. We will definitely miss the staff here at The Farm.
