Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
We have lived at the Farm since winter of 2005. I have to admit that the package that was offered to us was great and very hard to pass up, as we had looked at dozens of other apartments in this area. The area in phase 2 is nice, if you have an apartment facing the woods, if not you other options are the road, or the parking lot. The parking lot view might not be so bad as it does have the phase's pool there. There is really nothing much to be said about the management, they are not very proactive and seems disconnected from the community. It seems like the only way for anything to be done around the place is to really put up a fit. The biggest complaint thought, that I have about this place is the parking... It is incredibly horrible to come home after working 12 hours in Lexington, to find that the closest parking space to your building is half way down to the road. This is especially bad if you have groceries and live on the 3rd floor. Overall The Farm, is not the worst place in the world but for $780 a month, it is seriously not worth it. So fare as it is to say, we will be gone as soon as our lease is up!
