I totally disagree with the allegations made in the authors post. My family and I lived at "The Farm at Taylor Mill" for more than four years and we did not experience any of the problems this author did. We were extremely please with our apartment and liked all of the staff members there. As far as your problem upon leaving, I would say that you should place the blame directly on the person you look at in the mirror. Do not blame Mary for loosing your paperwork, you should have kept a copy. Secondly, a verbal agreement is fine as long as it was witnessed. If it were not, then you should have had it in writing. Seems to me that your entire complaint centers around you having to pay an extra $1500 to terminate your lease, rather than about anything else. I would strongly

You probably are a CMC employee-- why else would you just so happen to post a rebuttal on the SAME DAY a bad review was written? FYI-- please proofread your writings before posting them. I found several errors.

Funny, I still am baffled by the fact neither of you has posted anything constructive. Since all you want to do is attack the messenger, your argument is weak at best and totally unfounded at worst. If you want to have a civil discussion regarding what you believe is a problem at the "The Farm" I am sure Mary will be more than glad to discuss the issue with you.

Well it seems that you were attacking the person who wrote a bad review so I don't see why you should get defensive when they correct your grammar. You deserved it.
