The apartments are in great shape, and a great value! The staff is friendly and knows the tenants by name, and any and all maintenance issues are taken care of promptly. A great neighborhood in a quiet wooded area, yet only a few minutes from shopping, restaurants, etc. Also close to downtown! Would highly recommend to anyone.
