Great location I must say that I got a great deal on 2BR and everything was new. Wished I had never moved but to expensive after the initial deal ran out. Only real complaint was people slamming doors that I always heard. I loved the location and views of OH river, best walking trails

A Great Home! The apartments are in great shape, and a great value! The staff is friendly and knows the tenants by name, and any and all maintenance issues are taken care of promptly. A great neighborhood in a quiet wooded area, yet only a few minutes from shopping, restaurants, etc. Also close

Great place to live...sad to leave. This apartment complex is a great place to live, plain and simple. It is in one of if not the best community in Northern Kentucky (Villa Hills), it is very affordable, the maintenance staff is second to none, the property manager knows you by name

Not a good place to live.... I lived in the Lofts from 2003-2004. The day we were supposed to sign the lease it wasn't ready so we had to wait an extra day to move in. When we did finally move in the apartment was not cleaned at all. I had to do all the cleaning. There were dead flies and ants
