I have been living at Aspen Pines for a few months now. I can honestly say this has been the most wonderful living experience I have ever had. I moved to Cincinnati for Grad School and wanted to live here from the beginning. I couldn't find a roommate, so i ended up living in Clifton and Downtown like most students. This is my fifth apartment in three years. I have lived EVERYWHERE. This is the first time I have felt like I had a home. All of my neighbors are wonderful. The day I moved in, I had trouble getting a piece of furniture upstairs, and my neighbor volunteered to help me, and did. Everyone is friendly. Neighbors don't mind talking to you. People actually wave at you and say hello. Who would have thought. To the person that wrote the first comment: Who has the right to turn any tenant away' If a person can pay their rent, they deserve to live where they choose. People are going to party no matter where you live. In you don't want to hear people living their lives, then it may be time to buy a house of your own. A lot of times, I don't even know my roommate is home. The apartments are built well. My roommate and I tested the sound barrier to see how noisy we could be in our bedrooms (lol) and I can honestly say that you can't really hear between rooms...TRUST ME.
There are several activities that go on around here. the office staff has been wonderful. They are understanding and handle things in a very timely manner. If it isn't fixed the next day, it will be fixed the day after. When they tell you it will be fixed, it will. They go a step farther. They call you to confirm that your problem was handled to your satisfaction. There are some wonderful perks on site as well. The car wash and vacuum have been amazing. The gym is nice. I like the business center, although I wish it would stay open later.
If you are looking for a place in northern Kentucky, look no more. This is the home you have been looking for.
