Not the Best - The apartments themselves are nice, spacious and in decent condition, rent is good and parking has not been a problem. Staff The staff is very polite and helpful. My garage door opener did not work after office hours, and I was unable to get to my car. The staff member on call answered promptly, and went above and beyond to help open my garage door and get my car out.

Not all what they put out to be... The gates never work;so how is it gated???? I now have roaches from my upstair neighbor; that falls down from the vents above my bed.... The toilets are constantly getting clogged from poor sewer systems not functioning properly.... They dont change the light

ANY COLOR TRASH WELCOME I have a board on my wall counting my days until My lease is up. I aggee with the other post but I live on the bottom floor and the hear everything that happens upstairs. I am now not on my schedule but my upstairs neighbors the walking sounds like thunder from the kids
