The apartments are small and shoddily built and too expensive for what you get. The grounds are nice and well kept. The worst thing about living there is Diane....She is in your business, tries to raise your children, gossips about tenants to other tenants, nitpicks you to death, and acts as if you are a lowly subject in her "kingdom". I would live in a tent before I would live at Beau Terre again....just because of Diane!

Thanks for the warning. I am going to be a new resident to the area and did consider living here, but after hearing the complaints about Diane 'alone', no thank you!! If you pay for living somewhere it is your home. I really do not need a gossipy Queen or someone in all of my matters. She should really consider the effect of her actions on the tenants point of view. She must be a realy old WITCH!! (Add a "B" if you must) Everyone wants to live in peace, right? It looks like you are doing everything in your power to keep the deposit anyhow Diane, some might call it nit-picking. (like LICE, that's were the term came from, you comb over everything like it is a "suspect") No one is perfect, and odviously you are the Queen of what you sew. Good luck to all of you, tell Diane to get a life. (preferably not yours!!)
