We have to do our own maintenance or it won't get done. If you pay your own rent (not HUD) the office takes care of nothing for you. Many of the residence leave trash strewn all over the parking lot and grounds. Many residents allow their chilren to vandalize the rental properties and laundry rooms. Your vehicles are not safe here. Parking area and walkways are very poorly lit. It is dangerous at night. It is very noisy (loud music). I would recommend anywhere else.
