I would not recommend moving here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/30/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I would not recommend Chateau Royale Apartments. There is never anyone in the office to address our concerns or accept our rent check. They continuously leave notes on the office door stating that they will be back at a certain time. When you go back at that time they change the time to a later time. We do not like depositing my check in a slot we like handing it to them personally. They hardly ever come and fix maintenance problems. Many of the residence leave trash all over the parking lot and grounds. Your vehicles are not safe in the parking lot.
