I would not recommend this place to anyone - Like others have said, the individual apartments are nice and in relatively good condition. There's evidence of shoddy construction, for sure, but overall everything seems clean and works. The problem with this place is the people. Good place, although some reviewers have a skewed view on that - First, I will say that I do not like the parking rules, as they changed after I moved in (Dec. 2009).
