The size of this apartment was incredible considering the price. Loved the space. Plumbing isn't so good. Our toilets would stop up at least 2 or 3 times a month. More so towards the end. The A/C broke twice during the year that we lived there. Once in the fall...it was fixed promptly. Once during the summer...wasn't taken care of for 3 days!!! It's a gated community, but for 8 months of the year that we were there the gate was broken and remained open. There is a security officer who walks the premises at night, however that didn't seem to stop my car from being broken in to. I wouldn't recommend this apartment to anyone.
