I have lived in Acadian Place for five months and cannot wait to break out of this lease! Every week we have a new complaint about something else being broken in our apartment. Every time we are told that it's being looked into. I have complained for over 2 months about mold in our apartment and nothing was done until I threatened to call the health department. Now there is a big hole in my wall, because apparently it takes a week to dry. Instead of fixing a different leak in the ceiling, the area was just patched. They don't take time to fix things correctly, so the problems keep coming back. The grounds are littered in trash and the neighbors are loud. If you can afford it, go anywhere else.
