Me and my husband were seriously considering Acadian Place for an apartment. I tried contacting the manager via the 888 number listed in Apartment Finder magazine, and I got the answering service. The girl that I spoke with wasn't able to tell me anything about the apartments, or even send me floor plans. I left my name and number, and asked that the manager call me back as soon as she was back in the office. You would think (wouldn't you') that if someone wanted to rent you an apartment in their complex, they would be at the height of customer service, and they would call you back, but she didn't. I have since called back FIVE times, at varied times during the day, and all five times I've gotten the answering service, which tells me that the manager is never there, or that she simply doesn't care to rent her apartments to anyone.
Thanks Acadian Place, you just lost a potential customer...I'll go on down the road to the apartments with the manager that DID call me back!
