I would not recommend this place to anyone. I moved here after living in various apartments (some luxury and some not). This was a spur of the moment move because I had less that two weeks before my lease was up. At first, I loved my apartment. It?s a tad older and a little small for the $550 price, but I needed somewhere to live so I moved. If I could take back that day I would!!! First, I realized that I had a bad crack in my ceiling that caused water to leak through my walls whenever it rained. This continued and I ended up getting brown water spots and cracks in my wall. I let the office know in Sept. Guess when it was fixed. Last week, when I finally put in my intent to vacate. Next, my mirror in my bathroom was badly burned/stained and I requested a replacement the day I moved in. Well, I move out next week and it has yet to be reaplaced. Oh! Did I mention that someone tried to break in my apt. and when I notified the office staff they acted as if they did not care' If I can help anyone save money and not make one of the biggest mistakes ever by moving to Afton Oaks, then I will!
