Generally OK place to live

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
First the good: I park directly in front of my apartment, no noisy neighbors z9few kids out playing but normal noise), nice neighbors, good floorplan, vaulted ceiling on second floor, no broken down appliances, helpful and friendly staff, and generally a nice complex. When my toilet seat broke it was fixed the day I called. My dishwasher was leaking and they came the next day and replaced the lining. I don't hear my neighbors other than her door opening.
For the bad: The kitchen is too small, with not enough storage, you can't open the refrigerator and the dishwasher at the same time. The appliances in kitchen are a little outdated. The windows are too thin, I hear the A/C unit, cars, etc. through out the night. No gate to limit access, though next to subdivision and well lit.
This is not "luxury" living, but affordable and livable. I have had no problems and would recommend it to those who can't afford the "luxury" apts (that are cheaply made) or want to save money. GREAT Location with access to both I-12 and I-10. More of a family community, some college students, some elderly.
