For partying types only

The apartment was fine. The management fixed problems usually within hours. However, the partying was ridiculous. While I was there I saw a grill thrown thru a window, bottles thru windows, fights and arguments in the driveway on an almost weekly basis, a hit and run, cars driving by apartments honking their horns, reving their engines, and peeling out in the middle of the night, dogs swimming in the pool, and people jumping in the pool and yelling in the middle of the night. After the 3rd or 4th complaint to the on-site officer, I wasn't threatened with arrest for making false complaints. Supposedly if the cops show up an hour after making a complaint and nothing is happening, its your fault for making false calls. The management is slow to act and in some cases never acts on repeated complaints of the more obnoxious tenants. It wasn't this way when I moved here, it seems to have gone down hill.

This should have been not for the crying/ complaining type. I have lived here for 2 years also yes there are a few parties and some loud music occasionally. This guy is a joke boo hoo, this is a college apartment complex, not a Rest Home for the Elderly. The elderly if they would live here would have a lot of fun and be enjoying life. From what I have heard that this anonymous person complains all the time. So if the on-site Officer told him he would be arrested he probably had good reason, his 3-4 complaints where probably the same night or in a one week period. Obviously it can't be too bad this guy still lives here, so much for his review. Boo hoo Boo hoo.

Pssh. Obviously someone feels like his "partying rights" were trampled upon. I had the same problems when I lived here. The only reason I do still have them is that I haven't bought a house yet to move into, but believe me - I'm certainly working on it. As for why the guy "still lives here"...hey genius - ever heard of "rental contracts"? Probably not - your rent is probably paid by mommy and daddy. Enjoy the real world when it kicks you in the ass. |

Then maybe the average "joe" should be told before signing a lease, that if they want a family environment that this is not the place to rent from. thumper8869,why are you upset that there are people who disagree with you and how you disturb your neighbors at night? This is AMERICA, and people have the right to express themselves any way or at any time...ooooh and thumper8869, how would you feel if you were not allowed to party when you wanted, as loud as you wanted?? I have a Master's degree and I also lived in a college complex, however most of us were serious about getting our studies done and graduating. I must admit that that was in 2001...maybe things have changed. Oh, by the way thumper8869, if you want to party and keep your neighbors up all times of night(yes, disrespecting them), how about moving into a trailer park (especially if you are white), or maybe even yet why not the "hood"...hey, I don't know...you could be a wigger. AND THIS IS THE REAL WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!! |

The place has parties. As far as those parties bothering anyone, it depends where in the complex you live. The back right will keep you up all night, but it's because the windows are so thin. You can hear conversations, let alone music, across the parking lot clear as day.
