This place is pretty cheap comparing it to other locations on brightside. The place is falling apart a little but nothing major. Water seems to be the only major issue here. The parking lot floods badly after any rain. The toilets dont flush properly. My upstairs neighbor left his running for a few hours...needless to say the water came through their floor and flooded our apartment but maintance was sent over within an hour on new years eve. Managment is a mess. We tried renewing our lease and got a call from them that there was something available. We go to sign the papers and she has no clue what we are talking about. As far as noise is concerned...this place is not for light sleepers. We've had quite a few blowouts here and never had the cops called on us. The courtesy officer is pretty cool too. He came over just to talk to us. Never said a thing about the noice or anything. Overall the neighbors are pretty friendly people. A good place for the carefree college student.
