When my husband and I first moved here, we thought we were in heaven! Our apartment was a very large one bedroom with washer/dryer hookups. We soon found out that the dryers don't vent outside, so all the heat from the dryer vents IN YOUR APARTMENT, which makes it almost impossible to turn the dryer on in the summer. The air conditioner runs all the time to cool the apartment down to 80 degrees - without the dryer running!! The air conditioner has broken 3 times in one year, but they refuse to replace it! Maintenance is come-and-go...sometimes they respond immediately and other times weeks go by without a word. They've raised the rent on our one bedroom to $535 (for at least a 7 month lease) and to $560 (for a 6 month lease)! That's more expensive than some 2 bedrooms I've seen! Management is not concerned with your problems, even if they create them. The parking lot is not very well lit, and neither are the grounds! I would not recommend living here.
