I lived in a 4 bedroom apt for about 3yrs. It was very spacious and not a bad price for that size apt. Maintenance were very friendly and fixed things properly.
My only complaints were that my car was broken into one night. I also had a problem with the office staff. While we were there they must have gone through 10 different people running the office. Some not as friendly as others.
I'd recommend this for college students but only students -- it can get loud at times.
