We've lived here for 2 years now and are quickly packing our bags! Since Katrina, this place has become disgusting. Some problems we had before the hurricane included poor insulation and NOISE. The people above us sound like they are stomping and jumping everywhere they go and you can hear them having sex and peeing every night/morning! We had a few other small problems with water leakage and the AC breaking, but that wasn't enough to make us move out...until now! We are constantly getting fliers about the crime level increase in our area. I hear about my neighbors getting held up in the parking lot at gunpoint WEEKLY. There are parties 4 nights a week that last until 4 AM. And don't be fooled by the "courtesy guard."
