If you aren't bothered by the noise of your neighbors and loud bass music then you should consider this place. I've lived here for 2 years and not by choice. For the first year, I didn't have any problem with the place. It's slowly downgrading to a place allowing bad music and loud children to run around freely. The walls are like paper, blocking little to no noise from the apartment on the side of ours. The rent is cheap and it's no wonder why. Other people living here obviously have no respect or concern about the people surrounding them or they would control their noise levels and children. Instead of using their money frugily, they've invested in the ugliest sculptures to place all around the complex, having nothing to do with the theme of the "broken" stone pieces hanging all over the biuldings. If I had one piece of advice for anyone looking at this place, I'd tell them there are apartments of the same quality and price alot closer to campus and run, not walk, the other way!
