The Truth

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Staff- Competent, but when you go in, you feel more like another hassle to them.
Pool-Decent.
Rec Room- Not bad.
Tanning Bed- repulsive.
Parking sucks so bad. People from the back of the complex park in the front for the bus, and at night, esp. during weekends, the parking lot is totally full, and if you find a parking spot that you dont have a tag for, you are towed immediatly. And then you have to pay around $200 to get your car back.
The maintenance guy is great, but there seems to be only one guy, and so it takes forever to get anything fixed.
The apartments are small, but allright, and the walls are paper thin. I will not be living here next year because I hate being able to hear my roommates use the bathroom, and have to hear the neighbors party and throw chairs off their balcony.
This apartment complex sounds like fun, but in the end you just want to scream and find someplace quiet to sleep. Only live here if you can sleep through anything.
