I completely agree with the other review. I lived there for one year and hated every minute. the place is disgusting and smells like sh_t. The Dryers really dont dry clothes - it takes like 3 times before they are dry, which hikes up electric bill. Roaches nest on these grounds. I stepped on a spider in my kitchen and - no lie - about 200 baby spiders flew out from under my foot and started crawling everywhere. I felt like I was in the movie Arachnophobia. There are older apartments down the street that are quieter and maintenace actually gets done.
