I can't wait until my lease is up so that I can move. It is a safe place, but it is also a dirty place. It takes an act of Congress to get repairs. Repairs that I reported on the first day have still not been made 4 months later. The parking lot is full of moldy rain water that smells. The hallways are often smelly and dirty. And the airconditioner vents in the apartments are connected. So, if you're a non-smoker and your neighbor smokes, you can still smell their smoke in your apartment because of the air vents.
