Much Better: Under New Management!

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Now called the Vieux Carre, this apartment complex is great. With a gate, a pool, a cleaning lady and manintence who live on site, this apartment complex is a little safe haven. A cop lives there and parks out front. The manager has a 24 hour number and will respond to emergencies. They are even nice about packages being sent during the day!
