Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
Poorly maintained. Bad area. Management will keep your deposit upon your moving out, and will expect you to pay extra in order to fix things they, as property owners, are responsible for. I was very disappointed with my experience moving out as I found the manager to be dishonest with her appraisal of the condition of my apartment.
