First of all when i first moved into broadmoor plantation apts. i was lead on that this was a great community to live in, not knowing that i was in for the ride of my life!!!!!!
The fake ass attitude of the apt. managers, Martha & Lucy needs thier asses kicked for conning people in to moving in this hell hole of an apt community, thier nice and friendly at first, but thats right up until they get your money and get you to sign your name on the lease. then its all downhill from there. They lie to you about the rent payments, and late fees'. I was told that i could pay partial payment on my late fee, but yet the 2 ------- that run this runn down community charged me late fees' on my late fees!!! Now how hipocritical can you get!'!' so now im stuck paying a late fee thats more than my monthly rent.
But when the time arises that i can finally get out of this damn hell hole, trust that i wont waste any time doing so, but unfortunately until then i have to put up with those 2 -------, Lucy & Martha.
But my advice to you new comers, BEWARE, you won't enjoy the community , the management, the lies, the late fees, the addition to late fees, nor will you appreciate where your hard earned money is going.
