I lived at BP for over a year and a half. The managers seemed nice at first, but that changed quickly. If you are late with a payment, they will charge late fees on late fees. They lie about everything, including payments. You can have a canceled check to prove your payment, and they swear they never received it. They take forever to fix anything, and do not fix it right. The dishwasher in my apartment never worked. They are trying to make me pay for it after moving. They have exaggerated the damages in the apartment trying to get more money. I had a man stealing my laundry out of the machine and writing creepy notes to me. Instead of trying to find out who was doing it, they told me to watch my laundry more carefully. Several people have had their cars broken into. The security guard told me that Martha likes to put ------ in the back section of the complex in case they make trouble. That is not fair. She is evil and rude. I would not reccomend these apartments to anyone-even somebody I did not like.
