Years at this apartment: 1994 - 2005
I lived in these apartments for over 10 years. Everything was fine until I would not sign a new lease. Martha sudeenly turned very nasty. They increased my rent each month trying to get me to renew my lease and then when I did move out the hall light outside my apartment was hooked up to my utilities. Ten years or more I was paying for that light and don't tell me they did not know it. I have never been treated so rude in my life.
