Miranda the leasing consultant at Broadmoor Plantation is HORRIBLE!! She is often lost and unconcerned. She never knows her job duties and everything you ask her she has to ask someone else. Miranda also has a VERY NASTY attitude and maintenance is HORRIBLE as well. They never do whats asked an they take forever and a week to fix small problems. Each unit I've lived in there had an odor and wasn't very clean. I have moved to Fairway View which I reccomend to others but Broadmoor Plantation I wouldn't reccomend to my dog!! I was there for 2.5 years. P.S. They will lie so SAVE ALL RECEIPTS!!

I don't really understand, how can you have so much bad to say when have dealt with it for 2.5 years. If has been that long then why didn't you leave after the first six months.
