Everything has been great so far! Our apartment we received was remodeled, very clean and with new paint. There were a couple of things out of sorts when we got the place like light bulb out and a door that would not shut; the staff fixed it right away. Also, the dishwasher did not work when we first tried to use it, we put in a service request and they fixed it the very next morning no problems. The following day of the service they called us to follow-up to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Our neighbors are very quiet and when we see any neighbor in passing they always greet us. Parking has been a bit of an issue, but over all we can't complain everything has been excellent.
