Neighbors can be heard talking and watching TV. Upstairs neighbors can be heard walking, flushing toilets, showering. These people aren't being particularly loud; it??s just that the apartment insulation and craftsmanship is so bad.
You can feel and hear the floors vibrate when you are walking. It??s similar to walking around in a trailer.
Looks nice on the outside, but look closer. No brick construction, all siding, and way overpriced.
