I have had several issues with the Citiscape staff. I thought that paying almost $1000/month would allow us the opportunity to live at an apt. complex that would be upscale. I was absolutely wrong. The grounds, complex, pool and office look amazing and that is how they hook you into moving in. I believe that they do not care what really goes on as long as people keep renting from them. It is extremely loud if you live under someone. I have almost stepped in dog crap that was left by a tenant in front of my patio. They do not have assigned parking spots for visitors and tenants so you may get a parking spot near your apt. and you may not.I have had to do lots of follow up on things that they were supposed to take care of. WARNING: If you transfer your Entergy services make sure to call Entergy to verify that it has been set up. We moved in on Feb. 3rd and elec. was not put into our names until Mar. 17th. We will not re-sign for another 6 months because we have been extremely unhappy.
