I have lived in several apartments in several cities and I have NEVER had the problem that I have encountered at Citiscape. Where do I begin' The staff is terrible. They don't care about anything...literally, the day i moved in i filled out and turned in the list of "problems" in apartment, when I moved out, they still had not been fixed, along with other things that broke while I was living in the apartment, and this was after I had made several trips to the front office, and called multiple times. They make you pay a deposit, and then on top of that, make you have your carpets professionally cleaned when you move out, even if they are in immaculate condition, and you won't get your deposit most likely for reasons that do not find it necessary to disclose. And, if you ask for the management company's contact info, so that you can give them feedback, the Citiscape staff will not provide that for you. They will even hang up on you!!!! Now that's what I call upscale SERVICE! This place is extremely over-rated, and honestly it was a miserable experience that added a lot of un-needed stress to my life! (Not to mention the all hours contruction next door or the water that the grounds hold practically year-round, and that you are lucky if you get a parking spot on the same side of the complex that your apartment is on, and the "Free internet" NEVER works!!!)

Tell us what you think about how much the manager's daughter and friends love their apartment please. When I contacted her "boss" he claimed you all were a bunch of college students that just wanted to complain about something. Management Company is Cypress ask for ---------- ------------
