I have lived here for well over a year, & I loved it until the new 'management' took over. They are extremely unpersonable, and very rude! I love the location of the apartment, but the hassle with the management is not worth it at all. Parking is horrible, they do not enforce visitor parking. Therefore visitors are always parking in resident parking. For over a month, construction equipment was parked in some of our parking spots. Not to mention, there is construction going on in front of the complex. It is extremely loud, and the entrance of the complex looks junky. I would not recommend Citiscape to anyone. I have not always felt so strongly about the management. When the old management was here, they were extremely friendly, and actually cared about their residents. I have called and spoken with them several times about the parking. They don't care! If I pay high rent to live at a 'nice apartment' complex, I expect to have a parking spot when I come home. The gates are always broken.... so much for a gated community! Also it is not very suprising for the internet to be down.

Tell us what you think about how much the manager's daughter and friends love their apartment please. When I contacted her "boss" he claimed you all were a bunch of college students that just wanted to complain about something
