In my apartment one of my major issues is the mold in the bathrooms. Due to the way the bathrooms were constructed there is a small gap between the tub and the wall allowing moisture to seep through causing mold to grow. It is extremely disgusting because every week mold starts coming out the cracks underneath falling into the tubs. It seems that if some sort of seal could be placed there to prevent this from happing because it is extremely hard to clean and who wants black mold floating around there bath' Another issue is the Jacuzzi or"Hot Tub"with no jets. Who has ever heard of such a thing' This complex makes enough money to have fixed that problem. Who wants to just sit in warm water when I could do that in my moldy bathroom' Management well the secretary seems to be really sweet but she's the only nice person in that office. Maintenance has been able to fix my problems when they have been notified! Once I had to call the office 3 times over the course of 2 weeks before anyone came out. There's only one person I recognize on the maintenance staff all the other people have been replaced by the new director. One Saturday I called with a problem and he came right away! Maybe maintenance should take there own calls because when we I go through the office it takes forever. I really don't know exactly what management does besides try to figure out how to get more money out of there residents. One of my neighbors told me that she was cleaning up and moved her trash out side for a minute while she swept up, do you know they sent her a bill for $50 for trash outside on a non pickup day' I couldn't believe it even after she explained what she was doing they still demanded she pay the extra fine. That is a real example of how they really just don't care about there residents.
