Am I missing something' Because I've lived here for 3 years and have no idea what the previous reviewers are talking about. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else. I've never had a problem with management-- lease renewals are put on the door- no continuous paper-signing sessions. I've never had a problem with maintenance, the guys are friendly and personable. Poor thing was on-call at 9pm on a Sunday when my fridge stopped cooling... but he fixed it, and I offered him a cold drink :) I have a business degree so I understand management needing to send out notices if you leave CHRISTMAS decorations up way too long or leave trash on your balcony.. the appearance of the complex is oustanding and they are trying to keep it that way. The ------ situation was handled perfectly; repairs were made in stages, drywall, paint, roofing, landscaping, etc. I'm sorry I haven't looked up my apartment complex online before-- I could have written a good review a LONG time ago! Highly recommended... go check out the place yourself!

First of all, I highly doubt you've ever taken a management course. Second of all, I am a true resident, I have no family connections with management or maintenance. Send me an email. Or how about you come talk to me? I'm in the fitness center everyday around 4:30 and by the pool as often as possible. "Free Rent" is a type of promotion-- promotions are used by just about every company in a capitalist society. And especially during a recession. Seriously, all these posts are immature, live somewhere else and be miserable there.

------ my dear yes you are starting to show your lack of maturity. It is very silly for you to personally attack me because you make your ties to management obvious by doing so. Doubt what you want about my education but you're not a GS-12 Logistic Manager are you? As for meeting you at the fitness center at 4:30...I'm still at work like most working adults. We can meet up about 7ish if you really want to and I'll be happy to show you why I feel the way I do that way the next time you decide try to bash me I'll be able to know for sure you're full of it. Hope that won't be the case but...well let me know. By the way I did not post the previous comment.
