My husband and i have lived here for about 8 mths. now and we have enjoyed every moment. Its so convenient to everything we need it for.. The management here is so nice and understanding..I was running out of time and couldn't find somewhere that would let us live with a big dog and they where every welcoming to her.. This is a very pet friendly place and the all the people in the office love animals as much as i do which is great that they remember my dog's names... The new Dog park is great...even though it does flood after it rains but what doesn't in LA.. I couldn't have asked for a better place to live.. As for letters being sent out that are rude i dunno about that..You know when we first move in we had bikes on the balcony and they letter they sent us was not rude or anything offensive, it basically notified that we need to move the bikes..no problem at all..And the maintenance guys are awesome!!! they are so nice and friendly and they get things done really quick..My washing machine broke one night and they where here the first thing the next morning fixing it..Also my dishwasher broke and they replaced it with in a day... Awesome!!! that is all i can say..this is my first apartment to live in and if i didn't graduate in June we would continue to live here...
