Cobblestone is awesome! They have a very friendly staff and maintenance crew. We've had two problems with plumbing and maintenance was there for both the next day and the problems were fixed. Our 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment seems huge with it's open floorplan. The windows are huge and the apartment is very bright. To be right in the middle of the city, the landscape makes you feel like you are not. The tenants are always out walking and running around the apartments. There is a train near that comes through pretty often but it doesn't bother me a bit. There are two pools. One of them has a covered patio with big flourescent lights, bathrooms, a barbecue pit, and it is fenced in and private. I saw it the first time tonight and you could definitely have a fun gathering there. They have a fitness room with very little equipment but I don't use it because I have a membership to a gym. My only complaint is the traffic on Essen Ln, which is to be expected. You always have to wait for someone to let you in or out of the apartment and the wait is about 10 minutes to get off of Essen. I wish this place was located on Jefferson. I LOVE IT!
