After living at Cobblestone for 2 months, my car was broken into. The staff never let the other residents aware of this issue. A month later, my car was broken into again. This time, I saw the man break into my car at 3 am. Management did nothing to assist me. I was still stuck in my lease for 3 months. I moved out the following day still stuck paying my lease out which I did.
Besides my car being broken into, a few other problems with Cobblestone would be the employees. Maintance would often use a key and let themself into the apartment without permission. Even after I told them never to come into my apartment without me, they still continued to enter as they pleased.
We often had water leaks and ran out of hot water.
If you are looking for a lot of noise, strangers roaming the property and poor management skills, Cobblestone is the place to be!
