Shootings in complex and rude management!

Every apartment has it's flaws however this one has too many. The front desk crew is rude and not friendly. The new manager is probably a drunk or pot head because she ignores any complaint you have and always sounds loaded on the phone or in person.
The parking is horrible.
Apparently anyone can live there because the quailty of the unit has gone downhill.
There was a breakin near our apartment, had the cops out and the manager told us not to worry about things. Then we found out she did nothing about it.
Multiple times have I been followed by people around the complex and management will do nothing about it.
My wife is constantly having maintenance comes to our apartment, when I'm not around. Trying to come in to 'check on things'. The manager stated that is normal.
There was A SHOOTING in the complex that was caused by the front desk worker Ashley who apparently can't keep her legs shut because she was sleeping with 2 guys, both in the same complex. Ashley still has her job. Despite the 10 cops that were there that night, the manager DID NOT Notify the tenets, which is against the law. The manager also told me that "shootings are a normal part of live and she will do what she sees fit"
Our AC unit has never been fixed, the maintenance crew likes to peek at wife but won't fix anything.
The carpet was dirty moving in and never got fixed.
The tub leaked and ruined the ceiling, that took 5 DAYS to have someone come out and fix.
The stove doesn't work all the way, the burners are loose and flop down during usuage - UNSAFE. Reported that several times and has not been fixed.
The garbage disposal broke and spewed all over the floor, the manager wanted me to pay for that because I use it.
The bath area is small and hard to store things.
The windows in our apartment can not be locked and maintenance said there is nothing they will do about it.
Not enough outside lighting. One side light per building.
Oh yeah, we were promised a quite and mature atmosphere, we live around nothing but high school drop outs and druggies.
I can't wait until that place becomes Section 8.

Just for the record I would like to state that there was more than one Ashley working in the office at the time of this incident. Whomever posted this needs to clarify which one, especially when you are calling a young lady's reputation into question.

Actually, there were NOT 2 Ashley's working in the office at this time. This is when there was only 1 Ashley working there. I am the blond-headed Ashley (which the other dark-haired Ashley is the one that is being talked about in the above review). I have been gone from this company since October 2005 and this review was posted almost 1 year after I had been gone! But I do thank the above anonymous posting for pointing that out to the public....thank you!

Yes, there were two Ashley's last year. One was black (and happened to be my neighbor on the property at the time).
