I moved in just after the new management took over the complex. The apartment was renovated, which was nice, but renovations were not done very well. There was paint all over the carpet, floor in the kitchen was not leveled and neither was the stove. It also takes the maintenance guys too long to fix things. When it rains, the whole complex gets flooded. One of the pools is almost always closed and the fitness center is often closed on the weekends.

I believe given everything the mgmt has done to the community and along with the process of working out all the unforeseen problems, Cobblestone and the management team need to be commended for their efforts as well as the results. It is not simply changing out interiors but dealing with what you find when the wall comes down from years of previous management not taking care of Cobblestone.

Could you please tell me which "efforts" and"results" you are talking about? The problem with current management is not only related to the physical state of the complex, but the staff are rude and unhelpful a lot of the time.
