Be afraid. Be very afraid

Let me just state that this is no place for single women to live. There are a lot of shandy characters in the parking lot and often living next door to you. In fact, I had to call the police twice. Once, for someone trying to come into my apartment and another time for my illegal immigrant neighbors, who were apparently trying to kill one another. Beyond these scary incidents, there is also the matter of noise. Even though I lived on the top floor, the noise from the parking lot was often unnerving. This is especially true of the many children who live nearby. When they are not in school, they run around the parking lot unattended, screaming, and often crying. They are also unconcerned about the property of others and will cause serious damage to the vehicles in the parking lot.
That being said, I did not have any real problems with ants or spiders. However, I did have a problem with the maintenance staff, who constantly entered my apartment to spray or to inspect. They often did not leave a note saying that they had entered my apartment, but their failure to lock the deadbolt or to reset the alarm system was a giveaway.
Finally, the staff in the office is useless, particularly during an emergency. Do not count on the police either. It took them approximately 30 minutes to show up. So, you are pretty much on your own here. Good Luck! You will probably need it.
