I have been staying here for over a year now and let me say if it wasnt for the proximity to work I would have moved a long time ago! The management keeps changing and have no regard for their tenants. Cleanliness is not important - people leave garbage bags outside their apts for weeks! The sewage around the lake keeps leaking. The office doesnt keep Fedex/UPS Packages for tenants. When I first moved, management said they have professionals staying here. Its mostly college students having parties and noisy families and kids. Appliances do not work well at all. Our dish washer has to be run 2-3 times to get dishes clean. The mgmt says that is how it is in all apts!! Oh well I may as well stop now.. It is depressing..
