There are some who are unaware of the things that have occurred in cypress lake apartments. True, everything seems wonderful upon arriving. The gates are majority of the time, broken. Maintenance, well give them a couple of days (if they come at all...and may or may not fix the problem). Leaks experienced from the hurricane are still leaking. The walls are super thin---expect to hear everything that goes on above, below, and beside you. If you like the beat...this is the place for you! Don't expect a quite place. Residents come/go frequently...several even evicted. As far as the safety---I have had a police officer approach me looking for certain individuals and have known of several thefts occuring. I don't at all feel safe and that's quite a shame for the amount spent to live here. Management is very inconsiderate of issues posed as problems--forewarn.
