These apartments have gone downhill since the storm!!

When I first moved into these apartments about a year ago, I thought they were wonderful. We actually got a good price on the rent, they were nice inside, the neighbors were friendly and respectful. Since Hurricane Katrina, however, they are slowly turning into a ghetto, and a high priced ghetto at that! All of my initial neighbors are now gone (they were smarter than I was), whom were all nice and respectful of one another. I'm assuming all of my new neighbors are evacuees. I never see any of them go to work, and the only time they have aknowledged my existance is when they threatened my life for asking them to be quiet (I am not exaggerating in the least). Which brings me to my next point, noise! I hear EVERYTHING going on upstairs, these people are not only completely classless, they apparently have turned their apartment into a 24 hour bowling alley. These new neighbors, honest to God, have lead me to the decision of moving back out of the South. I'm going to find a place where people have common human decency and respect themselves as well as others! 2005 I would have said move in, now- NO WAY!
