Many of the previous comments are silly because it is based solely on neighbors that seemed rude. That is an even trade off when you live in a apartment community. Yes, the gates do malfunction from time to time. To me, it doesn't make any difference in the security of the property, anyone can get in if they try hard enough, just wait for another car to open the gate (duh). I lived in my apartment for 6 months and it really is a great fit for me. I had minimal maintenance issues. The lake it a wonderful plus. On the other hand, since summer has approached I have had an unpleasant amount of issues with bugs in this apartments. Some ants, most beetles, even crickets. I keep this house spotless all the time and I have no idea where they are coming from. They have had pest control issues lately (switching companies) so hopefully it will be fixed now. My absolute biggest complaint is one that I knew about before I moved in. The young girl in the front office. She seems to be the youngest in there, she is the leasing girl. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. Oh my goodness, I cannot stand having to go in there and talk to here. She has such a horrible attitude and I still haven't figured out why someone like that has a job where she has to deal with people because she is so unpleasant. Yes, the place has issues, no it is NOT government housing. It's a good place to live if you can work out or look past some of it's faults.

The comments about the neighbors are relevant, not because of the neighbors themselves, but because the walls are paper thin (I could hear my neighbor pee) and even if neighbors decides to throw a rave every other night, the management does little to stop it.
