I am a new resident to Cypress Lake Apts. I have lived here all of 6 months, and it has been one thing after another. First the speed bumps are totally ridiculous. Leaving out of the complex there is a huge pot hole that you drive over to get to the service road. Now as far as my neighbors are concerned, where do I start hmmmm. After the hurricane they had the roofers living above me. When I tell you it sounded like a house party everynight, I am not exaggerating. There were at least 10 or more occupants living above me, who had no home training. They stayed for like 3 months. Now my current neighbors above me are equally as bad. What I don't understand is what happened to a little common courtesy. The parents and their children walk like they have lead feet. I have asked them to please keep it down (unsuccessfully). I have reported them to management. Now I am looking for a way out of this place quick, fast, and in a hurry. My recommendation to anyone looking for a place to live is to avoid this place. When you come home you don't want to have to avoid pot holes, speed bumps that will ruin your vehicle, and listen to people who have no home training stomp around as if they live in a house. Choose wisely where you decide to spend your hard earned money and avoid this dump.
O.K. update. There has been some improvements since my last post. There are no longer any speed bumps and the pot hole has been repaired. I believe you must give credit where credit is due. I don't know what triggered the repairs but this is definitely an improvement. Keep up the good work Cypress Lakes!

I wanted to respond to your write-up! Have you ever thought about becoming a home-owner? If so, I have some great news! I'm a real estate agent and if you are a 1st time home-buyer or haven't owned a home in the past 3 years you may qualify for the newest $8000 Tax Credit! It is not a loan, it is actually a credit on your tax return. So, if you owe the IRS money, deduct the amount you owe from $8000, and you will get back the difference. If you are due a refund, add $8000 to that amount! This tax credit is only good up until December 1st, 2009. Feel free to contact me for more information. I'd be happy to help!
